The pump is the world’s standard for the most difficult mill duties. A wide variety of impellers and shaft seals provide a perfect fit for a wide range of applications. The pump provides excellent wear life while maintaining efficiency during the wear cycle providing the best total operating cost.
base- High strengthened base is connected with frame Plate by bolts; The Adjusting Bolt under the Bearing Assembly realize easy adjustment to impeller clearance.
Bearing Assembly:
-High rigidity shaft to handle heavy duty work condition;
-Cartridge bearing assembly jointed with base by bolts;
-Grease Lube bearings fitted in sealed bearing housing, the two labyrinth on both ends prevent the grease from contamination.
Shaft Sleeve - Clearance fit between solid solution treated stainless steel shaft sleeve and shaft as well as the O-rings on both ends prevent the shaft from abrasion and erosion.
Casing - Made of Gray Iron or Ductile Iron, Ribs help casing to stand high pressure.
Impeller - Pump out vanes on both shrouds reduces recirculation and seal pressure.
Wet Ends - Impellers, liners, volutes made of High-Chrome alloy or rubber, both materials are interchangeable.
Application
TH series metal and rubber slurry pumps are designed for the most difficult pumping applications.
Extra sections at wear point and perfect impeller structure ensure satisfactory performance with long life.
Rubber linered pumps expand application to chemical products handling,several different rubber options are available to meet different application need.
